Help running the bot

The help page covers every /mod command: what it does, what it takes, and what it costs. /mod status in your server shows exactly how jevmod is set up right now, and /mod test lets you try any message without anything actually happening to it.

jevmod got a message wrong

Include the server name, the channel, roughly when it happened, and what jevmod did (flagged, deleted, muted) against what it should have done. /mod recent in your server has the last ten decisions with who, when, and the category, which is usually the fastest way to hand over the details.

Two buttons under every flag in #jevmod-log move that category's line up or down for your server on the spot, without waiting on an email.

Refund

This is already answered, in full, on the terms page, and this page will not restate it in different words: read refunds, or the short version at the short answers at the top of the terms.

The route is the same one address as everything else on this page, not a form and not a GitHub issue: an issue there is public and needs a GitHub account, and neither should be a condition of getting your own money back.

How long it takes

One person runs jevmod, from Spain, not a support team and not a rota. The honest expectation is a reply in days, not minutes, and slower while he is away from the machine. If it has been a while and you are wondering whether the email arrived, send it again: that is the backup plan, not a nuisance.
